Seal on her bike and Seal's elbow after she fell off the bike. OW! She took a tumble, hurting her hip, hand and elbow. We administered first aid and were off to shop for the day. She's a tough one! Sorry Seal. I have a reputation of taking girlfriends bike riding and having them end up injured.
